Due to the present need of modern tanning industries to automatize as much working phases as possible, particularly where no skilled manpower is required, TIEMME FORNI VARESE designed and manufactured a complete automated line for leather moving, consisting of CP automatic loader and SP automatic unloading device.
CP automatic loader allows the automatic loading on overhead conveyor of leather coming from any conveyor band, such as spray line, rotary coating machine or vacuum dryer. All the functions are controlled from PLC and the working speed is adjusted automatically according to the transferring belt.
SP automatic unloader allows the automatic leather unloading from overhead conveyor to other processing phases, or to a stacker. All the functions are controlled from PLC and the working speed is adjusted automatically according to the transferring belt.
